The Budget Facility for Infrastructure (BFI) is a critical initiative by the National Treasury to assess and prioritize large-scale infrastructure projects that require government funding. bd&company was appointed as the programme secretariat and technical advisor to evaluate project proposals worth R153 billion across multiple sectors.
